This policy covers the creator platform at trykfactor.com, operated by K Factor, a Wyoming limited liability company(“K Factor”). K Factor runs launch distribution campaigns for AI companies; this platform is how creators apply, get briefed, deliver posts, and get paid.
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider).
- Profile details: X handle, LinkedIn URL, follower counts, niches, creator type, your rate card.
- Campaign data: applications, drafts, live post URLs, approvals, and messages you send us in the platform.
- Public platform metrics: follower counts, impressions and engagement on your campaign posts, pulled from public sources and platform APIs.
- Payment data: your payout method and the payment link or bank-transfer details you give us, plus tax forms (W-9 / W-8BEN).
- Referral data: who invited you and who you invited, plus credits earned.
- Technical data: basic log and device information needed to keep the platform working and secure.
2. Why we use it
- To run the roster: review applications, match you to briefs, approve drafts, verify posts.
- To pay you and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To report campaign performance to the client that funded the campaign.
- To detect inauthentic audiences, duplicate accounts, and referral gaming.
- To notify you about new launches, bookings, and payments.
3. Who we share it with
- Clients: your name, handle, profile image, post link and post metrics for campaigns you took part in.
- Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, banks) to send you money.
- Infrastructure and tooling providers who host the platform, send our emails, and fetch public platform metrics on our behalf.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not run ad targeting on it.
4. Platform metrics and platform rules
Post metrics (impressions, engagement, follower counts) are read from the platform’s own public surfaces and APIs, under those platforms’ developer and automation terms. We use them for one thing: reporting a campaign’s performance to the client who funded it, and showing you your own numbers. We don’t resell, redistribute or license platform data to anyone else, we don’t build advertising or audience profiles from it, and we don’t attempt to derive private or sensitive information from public activity.
We only collect metrics for posts you made as part of a K Factor campaign, plus the public profile figures needed to review your application. If a platform requires us to delete or refresh data it provided, we do.
5. Public profile
Your creator media kit (name, handle, niche, follower count, campaign post metrics) is shareable by link and is public when shared. Nothing private — email, rates, payout details — ever appears there.
6. How long we keep it
Profile and campaign records are kept while you're on the roster and for as long as we need them for reporting and dispute purposes. Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law (generally 7 years).
7. Security
Access is restricted per account: creators can only see their own applications, drafts, rates, payouts and messages, enforced at the database level. Payment links and tax details are visible only to the K Factor team members who process payouts.
8. Your choices
- You can view and edit your profile, rate card and payout preference in the platform at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion.
- You can leave the roster at any time; we keep the minimum records described above.
- You can opt out of launch notification emails and still use the platform.
